摘要
Vitreous thin films of lithium solid electrolyte associated with vitreous host materials have been deposited by RF sputtering or thermal evaporation to form microbatteries. The deposition parameters and the electrical properties of the thin films are reported. The best results have been obtained with the following cells: Li|Li2O-B2O3|V2O5-P2O5, OCV: 3.6 v; HMDS|Li|Li2O-B2O3-P2O5 |V2O5-TeO2, OCV: 3.2 V, where HMDS is the protective layer of hexamethyldisiloxane.
