This is a report of the first annual conference for traffic calming, which took place at the Cavendish Conference Centre on Wednesday 13 October 1993. The conference was organized by the urban Street Environment magazine and sponsored by Rediweld Rubber Mouldings Limited and BDC Concrete Products Limited.
