摘要
A commercially available kit for the detection of Bacillus cereus diarrhegenic enterotoxin (TECRATM BDE Visual Immunoassay) was used to evaluate the heat stability of the toxin in milk and cell-free culture supernatant. The immunological activity of the toxin was approximately four times more stable in milk.
