摘要
Impedance spectroscopy experiments have been performed on undoped poly(3-n-hexylthiophene) (PHT) obtained by oxidative coupling and by electropolymerization of the monomer. An equivalent circuit model describing the dielectric properties is presented. In addition, it is shown that the conductivity of thermally-dedoped PHT is increased by oxidation in air.
