摘要
A magnetic sensor has been developed to detect magnetic leakage flux from cracks on the surface of steel products. This sensor is manufactured employing technology and equipment used for semiconductor microdevices. The sensor has a high sensitivity compared with conventional semiconductor sensors and coil sensors.
