Six new compounds have been isolated from the aerial parts of Calceolaria polifolia and their structures elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical transformation. Two of them present a stemarane skeleton, and the others a pimaradiene skeleton, one being a bis-diterpene, polifosate derived from the esterification of malonic acid by two 19-hydroxy-ent-isopimara-9(11),15-diene.
