摘要：

The role played by the electrostatic interactions in the intercalation model of the DNA-aminoacridine complex is investigated. Two problems are considered: the existence of a maximum degree of association and the dependence of aminoacridine binding on the ionic strength. The intercalation model is shown to be compatible with a number of experimental data concerning the strong binding of aminoacridines to native DNA. © 1968.
