摘要：
A thermodynamic, first approximation model for the uptake of globular protein by reverse micelles is discussed and tested using the experimental SANS spectra reported in the literature. The agreement is very good for cytochrome c 40M, but is less so when the concentration of the protein is increased. The reasons for these discrepancies are discussed. 11 Refs.
