摘要
A female child with runting, thymic dysplasia, deficient antibody production, and delayed hypersensitivity, but with intact first-set homograft rejection, is described. Initially the patient demonstrated dysgammaglobulinemia, but she later had normal immunoglobulin levels and variable antibody responses to several antigens. Several unusual findings not previously noted in association with thymic dysplasia are described. © 1969 The C. V. Mosby Company.
