PATH INTEGRAL MONTE-CARLO SIMULATIONS OF THIN HE-4 FILMS ON A H-2 SURFACE

摘要
The adsorption of He-4 films for coverages from 1/4 to 3 monolayers on a H-2 surface at low temperatures is studied with Path Integral Monte Carlo. We calculate the binding energy per He-4 atom to the substrate, density profiles of He-4 and H-2, zero point motion of He-4 and H-2, and the superfluid density of He-4.
