摘要
The paper explains how to compute open boundary problems in electromagnetism with good accuracy in the cases of two and three dimensional problems with existing classical finite element software. The proposed method is based on the use of an implicit spatial transformation so as to map the infinite exterior onto a finite domain; it requires very few modifications of code and is easy to implement In finite element software. Results are quite good and comparisons with other methods are presented. © 1990, IEEE. All rights reserved.
