摘要
The structure of the (001) surface of Nb-doped SrTiO3 (STO), annealed at high temperature in UHV and in O-2, is investigated by LEED and STM. STM images of ultra-thin SmBCO films on STO suggest suppression of spiral growth. The lattice relaxation of epitaxial YBCO overlayer on STO is studied by grazing incidence x-ray diffraction (GIXRD).
