摘要
Light activation of photosynthetic membranes leads to the formation of an electric field across it. The membrane polarization manifests itself through the electrochromism of intrinsic pigments, and electret effect of macromolecular components. The latter depends upon the degree of hydration of the sample, chemical modification and heat pretreatment. It is greatly diminished after enzylic proteolysis but slightly influenced by lipolytic enzymes. © 1979.
