摘要
In this paper a survey is presented of the theoretical and experimental data obtained in the last eight years about both the shape of the pulses supplied by semiconductor detectors and the techniques for obtaining from these pulses a fast timing information. Moreover the problem is consi dered of extracting from the shape of the pulse some information on the type or the impact angle of the detected radiation.
