CALCULATED HYPERFINE FIELDS AND THEIR PRESSURE DERIVATIVES IN FE, CO, AND NI

摘要
The hyperfine field and its pressure derivative have been calculated for the metallic ferromagnets Fe, Co, and Ni using a local approximation for exchange and correlation. Good agreement with experiment is obtained. A short discussion is given of the behavior under pressure of the core and valence contributions to the hyperfine field in these materials. © 1979 The American Physical Society.
