摘要
The flow of liquid He II under low pressure heads is studied. The deviations of the rule of Allen and Reekie are discussed with respect to the dissipation and production of normal excitations in the superfluid. Two pressure differences have to be distinguised, the pressure needed to generate vorticity and the extra pressure associated with the drain of thermal excitations produced by the vorticity. These ideas are compared with the results of an experiment on adiabatic flow in liquid He II. © 1969.
