摘要：
A technique is described for the transplantation of large penetrating corneal grafts in the rabbit. The complications which may attend this procedure, and the means whereby they may be minimized, are discussed. Using this approach, technically successful clear grafts were obtained in 90% of a consecutive series of one hundred 8-mm penetrating corneal allografts; with 7-mm grafts, the success rate was 95%, and with 5-mm grafts, it was 100%. © 1968.
