摘要
The vector moving model computes the total magnetization of a medium, by convolving a material dependent scalar Preisach function, P, with a process dependent vector, D. This vector is sensitive to the average orientation and switching characteristics of particles comprising the medium and determines the overall direction of the magnetization. The Preisach function on the other hand determines the magnitude of the moment attached to each D. The model presented here extends an earlier work, which described the vector moving model applied to perfectly aligned media to a two-dimensional partially oriented particulate media. Characteristic switching of particles by the Stoner-Wohlfarth coherent rotation and by more general incoherent modes is considered. © 1990 IEEE
