摘要
Effects connected with elastic fields of straight edge dislocations in a thin two-phase plate with different moduli are studied. It has been established that interaction of the dislocation with point defects leads to impurity-vacancy polarization of the plate when impurities and vacancies do not only form the Cottrell atmosphere near the dislocation core, but they also have a tendency to concentrate at the interface and free boundaries of the plate. The force of the dislocation interaction with the plate boundaries and the dislocation elastic energy in the plate are calculated. It turned out that the dislocation may have from one to five equilibrium (stable and unstable) positions in the plate depending on the Burgers vector orientation and the ratio between the elastic moduli of layers. The possibility to use these results for the investigation of the dislocation ensemble behaviour is analyzed.
