摘要
1. 1. Artemia salina will metabolize exogenously added sodium acetate to a number of soluble intermediates concerned in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, or closely related to it. 2. 2. Extremes of salinity non-specifically reduce incorporation of radiocarbon from 2-14C sodium acetate into these intermediates. 3. 3. When Artemia are incubated in salinities greater than 50% sea water, an increased proportional incorporation of radioactivity into proline occurs. © 1969.
