PREPARATION AND IONIC-CONDUCTIVITY OF THE RAPIDLY-QUENCHED GLASSES IN THE SYSTEM LI2O-TIO2-P2O5

摘要
Li+ ion-conducting glasses were prepared in the system Li2O-TiO2-P2O5 by rapid quenching. These glasses had high ionic conductivities of 10(-2)-10(-5) S m-1 at 400 K. The conductivities of these glasses increased and the activation energy for conduction decreased with an increase in the Li2O content of the glasses. At a given Li2O content, the conductivities at 400 K increased with substituting TiO2 for P2O5.
