摘要
The transposition of chemical heat pumps (CHPs) from laboratory plant to pilot scale necessitates the development of a dimensioning method using a dynamic numerical model. A first approach to the problem of optimal dimensioning has been made using information gained from parametric studies carried out on the reactor and on the reactor-condenser-evaporator assembly. They have brought to light the importance of the ratio of the exchange surface area of the reactor to the quantity of reactant used, and that of the coupling of the elements. The dimensioning study has led to a method particularly well adapted to the type of operation of CHPs. This dimensioning method, combined with an optimization algorithm, may be used to calculate an installation producing instantaneous or average performances over a fixed time period. © 1990.
