摘要
The thermotropic transistions of dipalmitoleoylphosphatidylethanoelamine, dielaidoylphosphatidylethanolamine and 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoylphosphatidylethano lamine were measured in H2O and in 2H2O using differential scanning calorimetry. In all cases substitution of H2O by 2H2O raised the Lβ → Lα transition temperature but lowered the Lα → HII transition temperature. These effects are interpreted as resulting from decreased lipid-lipid hydrogen bonding in the Lα phase compared with either the Lβ phase or the HII phase. © 1990.
