PECULIARITIES OF ULTRASONIC PROPAGATION IN PIEZOACTIVE SUPERIONIC CONDUCTORS

摘要
The results of electrophysical and acoustical investigations in piezoactive ion-conducting materials (alpha-LiIO3, Li2B4O7) are presented. Absorption of longitudinal ultrasonic waves in 300-700 K temperature and 100-200 kHz frequency region obtained using resonant method are well described by Hutson and White model taking into account the dispersion dielectric permeability associated with this temperature and frequency region.
