摘要
The effect of anisotropy on the electrical resistivity, and the Seebeck coefficient have been studied for a compressed powder alloy of (Bi2Te3)25-(Sb2Te3)75 doped with 0.9 wt % of Se. The results from these measurements support the theoretical model, which is proposed to explain the anisotropy of semiconductor materials having uniaxial symmetry.
