摘要
The transition from the Ih phase (P6(3)/mmc) to the XI phase, supposed to belong to the space group Cmc2(1), is discussed, respecting the symmetry aspect and the Bernal-Fowler rule. The transition derived from the present model is strongly of the first order in a good agreement with experimental observations, confirming the results obtained by previous works.
