摘要
A new autofocus (AF) system using quasi condition reasoning has been developed. The new AF system consists of two main parts. One is, a so called, mountain climbing servo (MCS) [1] block and the other is a quasi condition reasoning block. First, the operation basis of the MCS method, and its performance limitation caused by external physical disturbance is shown. Then, the quasi condition reasoning method, using a phase plane structured by the external disturbance components contained in the image signal, is described. © 1990 IEEE
