摘要
The tunneling-time behaviour for a rectangular barrier, as described by a semiclassical analysis which at the top of the barrier predicts an unphysical divergence, can be sensibly improved taking into account energy losses by a simple phenomenological model. The results are comparable with the experimental data obtained by a microwave simulation. © 1990 IOP Publishing Ltd.
