摘要
Performance evaluation for a vapour-compression heat-pump cycle using non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures (NARMs) of R22/R114 has been conducted under the conditions that the heat-pump thermal output and the inlet and outlet temperatures of the heat sink and source water are specified as known parameters, by assuming that heat transfer characteristics of the condenser and evaporator can be estimated by the products of the heat transfer area A and the overall heat transfer coefficient U. It was found that the coefficient of performance (COP) of NARMs is higher than that of pure refrigerants, only for large temperature changes of both heat sink and source water and high UA values of heat exchangers. The effects of UA value and mixture composition on the pressure and volumetric flowrate at the inlet and outlet of the compressor are shown graphically.
