ABSENCE OF FERROMAGNETIC INSTABILITY IN THE EFFECTIVE HYBRIDIZED-BAND HAMILTONIAN FOR THE ANDERSON LATTICE

摘要
Magnetic susceptibility of the Anderson lattice is derived using the hybridized-band Hamiltonian which follows from the Gutzwiller ansatz. It is found that the enhancement of the Wilson ratio may be expressed by the Landau parameter F//o**a equals minus 1/(2L minus 1) where L is the f-level degeneracy. This is not sufficient for a ferromagnetic instability.
