On Jansen's perturbation theory for exchange interactions

摘要：

The perturbation theory developed by Jansen [1] to treat long-range exchange interactions between atoms or molecules is re-written in terms of the formalism introduced by Van der Avoird [2]. The transformation defining Jansen's unperturbed Hamiltonian is clarified, and the first-order energy discussed.
