摘要:
Magnetic susceptibility, magnetization and electrical resistivity of the UAuM series were studied. The newly obtained compounds with M = Al, Ga, Si and Ge crystallize in the CeCu2 (or TiNiSi) type of crystal structure. UAuGa and UAuSn are antiferromagnets with T(N) = 60 and 35 K, respectively, while the remaining compounds show complex, cluster glass behavior at low temperatures. In all compounds studied, Kondo-like behavior was found. In addition, for UAuSn a pseudogap formation over the Fermi surface is reported for the first time.
