摘要
The electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power measurements have been performed in pristine, Na** minus and Li-doped polyacenic materials. The temperature dependences of electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power suggest that the polyacenic materials obtained by pyrolysis at temperatures higher than 935 degree C consists of metallic conductive fragments. The Li concentration dependence in thermoelectric power suggest the co-existence of both p-type regions and n-type regions. The temperature dependence of n-type doped material cannot be explained by the simple n-type near filled band system and supports our interpretation of a two carrier conduction system.
