摘要
Electron microscopic observations of the first suboxide phase formed in the Vanadium-Oxygen system are given. The VOx suboxide (VO0.06-VO0.1) is found by means of electron diffraction to be tetragonal ( c a=0.97-0.96), the X-ray data being consistent with this result. The twinned structure of this phase and the direct resolution of a long period superstructure are presented. © 1969.
