Tie lines in the system poly(ethylene glycol) 3000 + dextran 500 000 + water have been measured at 0, 20, and 40-degrees-C. The concentration and molecular weight distributions of the polymers in coexisting liquid phases were determined by using size exclusion chromatography (SEC).
