DETERMINATION OF N-(PHOSPHONOMETHYL) GLYCINE IN FORMULATION AND TECHNICAL SAMPLES BY HIGH-PRESSURE LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要
A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) procedure was developed for the determination of N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine (PMG). The procedure utilized a permanently bonded microparticulate strong anion exchange column for the determination of PMG in less than 20 minutes with a detection limit of 2.5 μg/ml. The method represents a rapid and accurate analytical method for the determination of PMG in formulations of the herbicide, Roundup®, in process control and quality control. © 1979, Oxford University Press.
