摘要
Cultured stocks of Entamoeba hartmanni, Endolimax nana, Iodamoeba buetschlii and Dient-amoeba fragilis were compared with the four Entamoeba histolytica groups already described (Sargeaunt et al., 1978), by the electrophoretic patterns of three enzymes: glucose Dhosohate isomerase (GPI), phospLogluconase (FGM) and L-malate: NADP+ oxidoreductase coxalacetate-decarboxylating) (ME) easily distinguished by their characteristic patterns. © 1979, Royal Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene.
