HOW TO SOLVE THE OPERATOR-FORMALISM OF QUANTUM EINSTEIN GRAVITY WITHOUT USING C-NUMBER BACKGROUND METRIC

摘要
A new method is proposed of finding the formal operator solution to the manifestly covariant canonical operator formalism of the four-dimensional quantum Einstein gravity without using any c-number background metric. The zeroth-order approximation of the gravitational field g-mu-nu is a nontrivial but manageable q-number. It is explicitly worked out how to construct the zeroth-order and first-order approximations to the operator solution.
