We present radiologic-pathologic correlation in a case of von Hippel-Lindau disease diagnosed on the basis of the discovery of papillary cystadenoma of wolffian duct origin, a rare calcified tumor of the broad ligament that was visible on the abdominal radiograph. © 1990.
