CURRENT-ALGEBRA SUBTRACTED DISPERSION RELATION AND KL3 FORM FACTORS

A calculation of the Kl3 form factors is done on the basis of current algebra, partial conservation of axial-vector currents (strangeness conserving), and dispersion relations. Assuming once-subtracted and unsubtracted dispersion relations for f+(q2)+f-(q2) and f+(q2)-f-(q2), respectively, and K* dominance, the Kl3 decay parameters , +, and - are calculated. All results are consistent with the present experimental indications. © 1968 The American Physical Society.
