摘要
The cohesive energy densities (c. e. d.) of four epoxy resins prepared from epichlorohydrin and bisphenol‐A were determined by swelling measurements in a large number of liquids. The solubility parameters of the resins were calculated by two methods and a good correlation has been obtained. It is concluded that an increase in cohesive energy accompanies an increase in the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin/bisphenol‐A. The cohesive energy data have also been related to the maximum hypothetical uniaxial tensile stress. © 1979 Hüthig & Wepf Verlag, Basel
