摘要：

A 35-year-old schizophrenic patient was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit with shock, bradycardia and ST-T changes mimicking acute myocardial infarction. The rectal temperature was 33.6 °C and the diagnosis of accidental hypothermia was established. Accidental hypothermia must be considered in the differential diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction before instituting thrombolytic therapy. © 1990.
