摘要
A method for discernment of the rank (i.e., primary, secondary, etc.) of a reaction product is developed. The first-rank “delplot” method allows separation of primary from nonprimary products for any reaction order. Higher rank products (secondary, tertiary, etc.) can be separated by using (a) higher rank delplots, which are applicable for first-order and many other kinetic expressions, or (b) successive application of the first-rank delplot method. © 1990, American Chemical Society.
