摘要：

1. On the 9th day of pregnancy of pregnancy a third of the calculated blood volume was drawn from hybrid rabbits under ether-oxygen-anaesthesia. 2. The loss of blood volume was compensated to 50% by infusions of glucose. 3. Erythrocytes number, haemoglobin, and blood-sugar values were measured before and after bleeding. 4. 30 of the total of 62 new born rabbits showed various malformations in the trunk skeleton. 5. As a control 60 other rabbit offsprings of the same parents were investigated and no abnormal skeletons found. 6. The experimental results are discussed under aspects of malformation causation. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
