摘要
The structure of a novel antitumor antibiotic leinamycin isolated from Streptomyces sp. was determined unequivocally by X-ray analysis. The molecule has a unique 1,3-dioxo-1,2-dithiolane moiety being connected to an 18-membered lactam ring through a spiro carbon.
