THE INFLUENCE OF FE SUBSTITUTIONS BY GE AND TI IN NI0.7ZN0.3FE2O4 FERRITE

摘要
set of compounds obtained by substituting the iron in Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4 with Ti or/and Ge is investigated by means of X-ray and magnetic methods between 77 and 1473 K, 77 and 700 K, respectively. The samples are formed only by the spinel phase. The lattice constants increase when the Fe2+ concentration or Ti4+ concentration increases. The Curie temperature depends on the ratio of titanium and germanium concentrations.
