摘要
1-[omega-Methoxyoligo(oxyethylene)propyl]-1-methyl-1-silacyclopent-3-enes have been prepared by the dissolving-metal reaction of[omega-methoxyoligo(oxyethylene)propyl]methyldichlorosilane with magnesium and 1,3-butadiene or by the platinum-catalyzed hydrosilation reaction between the Si-H bond of 1-methyl-1-silacyclopent-3-ene and the C-C double bond of oligo(ethylene glycol) allyl methyl ether. Anionic ring-opening polymerization of these monomers yields poly[1-[omega-methoxyoligo(oxyethylene)propyl]-1-methyl-1-sila-cis-pent-3-enes]. These comb polymers have low T(g)s (-70 to -75-degrees-C). Complex formation between the pendant oligo(oxyethylene) chains and lithium cations has been studied by C-13 NMR and differential scanning calorimetry.
