ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT AND LOCALIZED STATES DISTRIBUTION IN THIN CORONENE LAYERS

摘要
The results of a study of the transient conductivity and the trap structure in thin polycrystalline coronene layers are described. The observed carrier transport has a dispersive character caused by exponential distribution of shallow traps, which was confirmed by photocurrent decay investigations. Also a few deep trapping levels were found by using thermally stimulated current and space-charge-limited current techniques.
