摘要：

The effects of the total solar eclipse of September 22, 1968 on v.l.f. transmissions (16 kHz) from GBR Rugby, as received at Canberra, were studied. A phase change was found to be associated with the eclipse, corresponding to an increased time of propagation over the path of 3.3 μsec. © 1969.
