摘要
The activity of 7 glycosidases, acid phosphatase and cytochrome oxidase in tissue from pupae of S. calcitrans was investigated. The distribution of .beta.-glucuronidase, N-acetylglucosaminidase and acid phosphatase between a lysosomal-mitochondrial fraction, a heavy nuclear fraction and a soluble fraction, changed during the pupal molt, and the activity of cytochrome oxidase also shifted dramatically. There was a marked change during pupation in the specific activity of all the enzymes measured, and the relative specific activity of the glycosidases and acid phosphatase in the lysosomal-mitochondrial fraction decreased.
